Salome Jug, Sierra Ancha Wilderness

Salome Jug, Sierra Ancha Wilderness, Arizona

Salutations! I am a PhD candidate in the department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Arizona. I mainly work with Rick Michod and Brad Olson (KSU). I study the evolution of multicellularity, using a variety of genetic, genomic, mathematical, phylogenetic, and experimental approaches. I currently use the volvocine green algae (including Volvox) but am also interested in understanding the more universal principles and properties of multicellularity.

Download my CV (September 2016).
